Schiphol car rental VIP service

Due to the increased activity at Schiphol in recent years, we have, in close consultation with Schiphol, implemented a new way of receiving and returning your car, allowing us to improve our service even more.

As part of this agreement, BB&L will have its own spot at the car rental counters at Schiphol Plaza. After landing, you can directly report to our counter, after which your rental car will be delivered to the A-Baan (1-minute walk from the counter). When returning your car, simply follow the Car Rental Returns signs. Here, your car will be collected, after which you will be dropped off at the departure hall.

How it works:

• Counter at Schiphol Plaza – the meeting will take place at the new BB&L counter at Schiphol Plaza rather than our old location in arrival hall 3. It won’t get faster than that.

• Cars will be delivered– after checking in at the counter, your car will be ready for you at the A-Baan (1-minute walk from the counter). Our employee will meet you there, and you will have all the time you need to drive away.

• Cars are returned (Car Rental Return) – to return your rental car, simply follow the Car Rental Return signs and enter the garage at the BB&L signs. Your car will be checked in there and we will drop you off at the departure hall.

The benefits of this VIP service are that you will receive your car even faster and won’t have to rush when receiving or returning your car anymore.
